Air Pollution Control Systems Inc. have the necessary experience to successfully install a custom designed turnkey solution for a variety of different applications, including those for some of the Fortune 500 companies, whose requirements have been very complex.
To this end, our customers evaluated many products in the air handling control industry. Their effort was directed at finding a solution that was-cost effective, would minimize disruption to standard operating practices, practical to use, highly efficient at controlling fumes and did not take up precious floor space within their mechanical facilities. Additionally, due to working on rolling stock such as locomotives, railcars, or road machinery their employees needed a system that had significant vertical and horizontal reach. The systems needed to be flexible enough to allow them to work in enclosed areas such as inside locomotive cabs, engine compartments, as well as the underneath heavy equipment and also on interior surfaces of rail cars, containers, etc…
With the exception of the Source-Vac systems, all of the other products on the market that they researched were not able to provide a solution to the demanding criteria as outlined above. Due to the simplicity of our Source-Vac design and dependability of performance, these systems required minimal maintenance, no stocking of parts and no expensive filter replacements. We successfully delivered just that!
